So far, my best luck has been with CostCo.

Windstar used to be a superlative experience...don't know what it's like lately...have heard rumors that it is getting a bit 'tatty'. You can get the best price by belonging to the 'Formast" club...(previous clients).

The first time we sailed with Windstar we booked through vacations to go (online) and found a booking about half price. That was in 2006. We are going again - this time on one of their smaller ships. Since we are past customers we receive their Foremast information and booked at even less than half.
