What are your favorite Western Caribbean shore excursions?

I will be taking a 10 night cruise to the Western Caribbean in February. The ports of call are Mexico (Cozumel), Grand Cayman, Jamaica, Aruba, and Curacao.

There are many great choices for excursions so it is difficult to make a selection.

I know that it would be helpful to me, and hopefully to others, if you would post your favorite excursions and explain why they get your top rating.

Thanks, in advance, to all who respond. I am looking forward to reading your replies!

In Grand Cayman, my wife and I really enjoyed the sting ray city snorkleing tour. It was a blast. In Jamacia, the Dunn River Falls party boat was a lot of fun. And, if you ever get to Progresso, take the cave swimming tour. Just getting to the caves was worth the price. Be prepared for an unusual experience.

Agree with above poster. In GC the stingray snorkeling was great. In Ocho Rios, Dunn River Falls was a blast! While you're in Jamaica, try their jerk pork and 150 proof rum drinks!!(Our tour driver took us to a place)Excellent! In Cozumel we rented a jeep and toured the island ourselves. It is easy to do, there is but one road around the island. We stopped at Chankanaab for snorkeling (or not) and the botanical gardens and lagoon there. Have a great time!

Stingray City is AWESOME! My husband and I took a similar cruise for our honeymoon about 2 years ago and loved swimming with the stingrays. Also in Cozumel there is a great restaurant called Pancho's Backyard, it was the only time we ate off of the boat! Enjoy!

I didn't know any of the ships stopped at Curacao. I hearing the diving there is amazing. Which ship are you on?
