We are looking for a cruise that includes at least Barcelona, Sicily, Malta, and Tunis. One or 2 stops in France or Italy would be ok if included, but not required.We checked cruisecritic and found that Costa has what looks like a perfect itinerary but seems to cater to very few English speaking people.Does anyone know of other lines that include Malta & Tunis? Can I find English speaking tour guides at all ports? We've taken several river cruises, but never an ocean cruise.

We've done two Oceania Med crusies: Venice to Athens stopped in Malta and Sicily, and Barcelona to Lisbon stopped in Malta and Tunis.

We just returned from a Holland American Westerdam cruise starting and ending in Rome....Monaco/Barcelona/Mallorca/Tunis/Palermo/Naples/Pompeii...excellent in every way.
