travel from Miami to port in Fort Lauderdale

Can you give me some suggestions, with cost, of ways to get from the airport in Miami to the Fort. Laud. port. Is there some kind of group shuttle?

rst: I would suggest that if you haven't made your reservations yet, fly into FLL. The cab fare from the airport in FLL to the pier is less than $10.00

HI - Well I just did the reverse last week going from the cruise ship terminal in Miami to the Ft Lauderdale airport. We booked this transportation on the Majesty of the Seas - Royal Carribean and it only cost $15.00. My guess is that they transport the oposite direction as well.

Tri-rail is about $5 per person, you get off at the Hollywood/Ft Lauderdale Airport stop and take a cab to the port. If you have lots of luggage &/or people, consider a limo or car rental. The train ride is about 45 minutes. Check out the schedule at www.tri-rail.com
