Joan,

I went resort course diving in St.Thomas direct through CokiDive.com.
St Lucia, we took a land and sea tour to Soufriere, that was well worth it. The volcano was best. But the views throughout the island are nothing less than lush.
Curacao, we took a taxi to a beach club, I think it was called Seaquarium. It has a breakwater, which we snorkeled. The outside of the breakwater was beautiful.
Puerto Rico, I could move to. A walk along the Paseo de la Princesa is beautiful. You can follow it out to the foot of El Morro. Double back and take San Juan Gate into the town and walk along the wall to the fort. The fort offers great views. Buy a kite and fly it on the lawn in front of the fort. When your done with it, give it to a kid.
There's also the rain forest, which I haven't been to.
Have fun,
Mike

We also loved the land/sea tour on ST. Lucia. In ARuba we took the jeep safari tour which was great fun and then took us out to DePalm Island for some GREAT snorkeling. In St. Thomas we just usually take a taxi to a beach or you could ferry over to St. John. Puerto Rico is great. Tour the forts or visit the Rain Forest, or shop in Old San Juan or go to a beautiful beach.

Hi Joan: With so many shore stops you may just want to hit the beach for one of the days. In Aruba you can take a cab to the high rise area of Palm Beach and just walking back toward town stopping at a beach bar, take a dip etc and catch a cab when you get tired. The boardwalk is a wonderful way to spend a day at the best beach in the Caribbean. Magen's Bay in St. Thomas and Trunk Bay in St John are also lovely. Ditto for the tour to Soufriere best shore excursion in the Caribbean. Love Old San Juan, El Morro is such a beautiful setting and the walk to and from is wonderful. In Curacao there is a lovely area of restaurants overlooking the water. There are also some neat courtyard areas for a cold drink in the shopping area. Have a great holiday. Karen
