seasickness in front of ship?

I went on my first cruise took bonine and my room was outside cabin middle of the ship. I didnt get seasick at all which I am usually prone to. This time I booked another cruise but all they had left was an outside room in the front of the ship second level up from the bottom. Will there more motion in this location because now I am worried about getting seasick?

Look at the "Be sure to, not sure to" post, that should answer your question.

Have you asked your doctor about the scopolamine patch? It is really effective against motion sickness for most people...for me and many others, it's a sure thing for any type of motion sickness, air, sea, or on the road...a real godsend for me!

You do have a little more movement than midship-- but the rear of the ship has the MOST movement--

the only true negative to a room at the FRONT of the ship was the ANCHOR is dropped very early as you arrive into port-so you are awoken at the crack of dawn EVERY TIME !! I HATED it and would never get a cabin in the front or rear of ship...but that's just me...

choose an itinerary where the ship docks in a port rather than has to tender and you will avoid the anchor problem. Think outside the box.
