Port Everglades

We are going on a cruise in Dec. from Fort Lauderdale and would like to know if there is a hotel nearby with the options of leaving your car there for a week, if you stay overnite the day before the cruise? Thanks

Try the Amerisuites on 17th Street; We stayed there pre-cruise in June but didn't have a car, however I believe you are permitted to leave a car there for the week if you stay the night before. They have free transport to Port Everglades.

Another nearby hotel is the Embassy Suites; not sure about leaving the car there, but they are convenient to Port Everglades as well. It's worth a call.

You can also try the Airport La Quinta (Hollyood). I believe they have free parking also. I would not recomment the other La Quinta's in Ft. Lauderdale.

The Pier66 Hotel ( a hyatt) is right across the street from the pier..

Super NICE hotel on the Intracoastal=a great place to stay pre-cruise to get you in the mood!
