Not Jaded Yet....

In less than ten days we will take our first cruise of 2016. Although we will be visiting places we have been to before we never seem to get bored of cruising.

Have you cruised on NCL Jade? It will be our first time on this ship so your shared experience and insights would be nice.

We did a Mediterranean cruise on Jade a couple of years ago and loved it. Click on my screen name if you are interested in reading my trip report. Di

Although we haven't been on the Jade we have been on 5 NCL cruises and enjoyed them all. We sailed the NCL Dawn and NCL Pearl, which are sister ships to the Jade. The ships are the perfect size not so small that they are missing any amenities yet not so large to be crowded and impersonal. Enjoy your cruise.

We sailed on the Star twice in the past and had good experiences. It's similarly sized to the Jade, Dawn and Pearl. Having said that, the ship is 15 years old so can't comment on it's current condition. According to Cruisecritic it was refurbished in 2010 so I'd be interested to hear what you thought.

Enjoy your cruise.
