Sorry, its semi-colon, then Cap. S then the minus sign. For me of you put the cursor over or on the emoticon you can see the sequence to produce it.

If you are a non smoker be carefull about RCCL we did the med on Legend of the Seas and the only non smoking facilities were the Dinning Room, the Buffet and the Theatre, apart from that you lived in a smokie Fog that made you and your clothes smell.

Smoking can be a problem on all Med cruises, not just RCI. Europeans smoke more than Americans and not used to having many restrictions.

For an almost smoke free cruise, Oceania is a good bet.

This is true. When we were in Barcelona in 2002 we were astounded to see cigarette vending machines, smoking in offices, etc. Some time ago I think Ireland banned smoking in public places and it caused such an outrage I'm not sure if it passed.

I sailed on RCCL last year on the Brilliance. We were very hapy with our choice. If you still can't decide, look at the shore excursions offered by both, since I assume you won't want to sit on the ship while in port. They're probably similar, but any differences could help you decide. Either way, you'll love the mediterranean.
