NCL Romance package

I booked and paid for a Romance package, anniversary, for a cruise that starts Saturday. I haven't gotten any documents from them on the package. I have the cruise documents but not the romance package. I'm supposed to get a dinner for two at Le Bistro with wine and assorted extras. Anyone know how this works on a cruise? Thanks

Not sure about NCL, but I'd guess that documentation will be waiting for you at check in.
Call NCL or the agent you booked through and they should be able to confirm it for you. Enjoy your romanitic cruise!

A quick call to NCL with your reservation number will allow agent to check record to be sure the package was recorded.

Make sure you get some form on confirmation before you leave!! My DH and I didn't get any confirmation either (we booked through an online site, so we were considered a group booking.....I guess that group bookings don't always receive these type of confirmations).

We took a Mediterranean cruise this June and I had called to confirm the package for our honeymoon three days before I left. They confirmed that we did indeed have the package, so I thought that we were in the clear.

We got on the ship expecting our champagne to be in the room, but there was nothing. We talked with customer service, and they said they had no record of our package......but tried to charge us again for another package until they could confirm that we had booked one. They said it would take a few days to confirm the package through the miami office due to the time difference being in Spain. They finally found our reservation three days later, but by then, we missed the cake party, pic, etc.

in the end, it didn't make or break the cruise for us.....we were on our honeymoon and in europe,....can't really get any better! The crew on the ship did everything possible to resolve the issue, and they were in no way at fault for not receiving the info from the head office. They did there best to make sure we received everything we payed for, but it was supposed to be a fun surprise for my husband for our honeymoon, and it ended up being more of a pain then anything.

All this said, we would book the package again (and have purchased it for my parents this Jan. for their anniversary cruise). It is a great deal, but we will definitely always make sure to either have confimration from the cruise line, or a copy of our credit card statement that the purchase appeared on!

Just got back from the cruise to Alaska. Wonderful experience and the ship was able to get us in to see the Sawyer Glacier, only the second time all season that the ship had gotten so far, according to the captain.

The Romance package...When we arrived at our stateroom we found a letter on the small table there, along with the sparkling wine and the plate of chocolate covered strawberries. The letter welcomed us aboard and stated what we would be getting as part of our package.

We enjoyed it. Just got the basic one that gave us the champagne and strawberries on embarking, the dinner at Le Bistro with bottle of wine and no cover charge, the plate of canapes one night, and the champagne and cake getogether with a complimentary photo.
