How to get from SEA to Victoria to Vancouver

I want to fly into SEATTLE, then visit Victoria and end up at the dock to board Holland Volendam for Alaska Cruise Sept 2. (or reverse and do at end of cruise)
Suggestions on how to get from airport to ferry to dock?

Suggestions for doing before or after?

Are you booking your flights with the cruise line? If so, they will transfer you. There must be buses that go that would be less expensive than the taxi. I would suggest that if you are going to stay at The Fairmount or right at the lovely docks in Vancouver you go before. There is nothing like waking up in the morning and seeing your ship below you. It is more affordable to do the flights and hotel through the cruise line on a general basis. Vancouver is lovely and has much to see. Enjoy the build up these next 11 months and keep up the research!

frankly, I would be taking a car with me, which I most always do. You would have to drive almost two hours north of Seattle however and take the Anacorts ferry, since the Clipper is passengers only. Other option would be to go to Port Angles with a car.

You then would drive to Swartz Bay and take the Tsawwassen ferry, drive to Downtown Vancouer, with your one way rental car and easy to walk to the ship. I have rented from Avis, Budget, National, and Alamo. There is also Hertz. I go with the cheapest.
