I wrote to Fodor's about this. They've just replied and, I'm pleased to say, the entire print run will be pulped. Amy D will be exposed to sunlight for seven days as a punishment and her nameless bosses spayed.
There's also a special prize coming your way, Dayenu - an award for Pedant Of The Year. Bravo!

Too late for entire print run - I have a copy. I will keep it for generations to come. Your descendants, Dogster, will curse your name for not getting them a copy.

Luckily, I have no descendants to curse me. I am a tragic single mutt: sans youth, sans teeth, sans sense... sans everything. Even my face is sick of scowling.
