Discount fares on Viking River Cruises?

I have been on a couple of Viking River cruises and have therefore received a zillion brochures over the years. I notice that there is always a "HALF-PRICE" advertisement.
Do they EVER have full price cruises?
If not, wouldn't this be rather misleading to the consumer?

I'm wondering if anyone has ever been on a Viking cruise and has paid full price.

No one actually pays list price on a cruise. The typical payment (river cruise or otherwise) is at least 50% off list, Viking included. Basically, this means that 50% off list isn't really a "sale". It's regular price.

Don't you think this is misleading the public?
