Prices seemto be cheaper than travel agencies and otheronline services. Hasanyone used themlately?

We used CruiseQuick about a year ago and booked our group of 8 people without any problems. You can only communicate through email but that wasn't a problem at all. Emails were answered promptly.

I have used them as well with complete success. I will add that I think they are best for the mass marketed cruise lines but NOT for Luxury cruise lines such as Radisson, Silversea, Seabourn. For the luxury lines, I would only work with a specialist for that niche.

We used them for our cruise last April and they were great. We requested a change in cabins twice, and each time it was done within minutes, with an email verification. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Do a text search, this subject has come up several times. They burned us bad, will never use the company again. You can also find cheaper prices elsewhere. The fact that you cannot contact a live person is a big problem. They screwed me out of a $300 discount coupon from Princess and kept the entire coupon as comission.
