Coral Princess OR RC's Brilliance of the Seas?
Need help deciding which one is better. Interested in booking the XMAS trip. Coral leaves Ft. Lauderdale on 12/24 and goes to Jamaica, Costa Rica, Panama Canal, Grand Caymen and Cozumel. Brilliance leave Miami on 12/23 and goes to Key West, Aruba, Panama Canal, and Costa Rica.
Anyone have info/feedback on itineraries, food, service, ship, etc.??

I have been on the Coral and Radiance (sister to Brilliance) and the ships are extremely similiar. I do give the edge to Princess because their food is better. Service really depends on who your individual wait staff and room steward is

RCCL will let you take a private excursion in Panama Canal (Gatun), Princess will force you to take the shore excursion with them or they don't will let you get off the ship in Gatun. It is not fair in my opinion.
Good luck,
