Booking one room/suite for six?
I'm trying to check into prices for a 3 night sea/4 night land Dinsey cruise. It will be my husband, 7 year old, 5 year old, 3 year old and mom.
The website won't let me check on prices for a room with six people so I'm assuming I have to get a suite?
Is there a way to do this on the website? I HATE talking to people on the phone...I love to just peruse the website and figure things out myself.
Also, what month is the cheapest to do a disney cruise?
thank you in advance.

HTG...You are correct in that you would have to book a Suite.I am not sure if you can book either the Cat 1 Royal Suite or the Cat 2 2-Bedroom Suite on line.I do know that for the 3 night cruise, just THAT part of the vacation package, it will run in excess of $7K for the 6 of you.I also understand that Suites are usually NOT included in the Magical Rates, which are the Sale Rates with Disney Cruises.Dont know why you are hesitant to call, I've always received prompt attention, all the details I needed and courteous/professional agents.Like most cruise lines, they will include the cost of their insurance as part of the quote.I always find myself asking them after their initial quote to remove the insurance/protection.Hope this helps!

Heather, I speak with heavy accent, and get often misanderstood on the phone, leave alone my name spelling
So, for questions, I try to use an e-mail whenever possible.
I sent an e-mail to RCCL and got all questions answered the next day. Maybe an e-mail to Disney cruises will work?

You will need to get 2 standard staterooms or a suite on Disney Cruise Line. Actually, DCL has 2 bathrooms in most of their staterooms - one has a shower and sink and the other has the toilet and a sink. It is very convenient for families. Families enjoy having an oceanview stateroom and an inside stateroom across the hall. This way, you can stay in a moderate resort at Disney World.
Book early for your Disney land/sea vacation. Disney opens reservations about 18 months before the travel dates and people begin booking almost immediately. The best prices go to the earliest bookings because Disney uses a tiered pricing system with the lowest prices available in the beginning. Fall months, early January-late February are the best months to travel, but Disney cruises are almost always sold out.
You could check with a travel consultant who specializes in cruises and/or Disney - most have e-mail and would be glad to assist you by e-mail.
Best Regards,
Julia
