I know Pho is Vietnamese. I live a few miles from Westminster, CA. AKA Little Saigon.

I was just lazy and not wanting to spend much for dinner. Probably should have had the grilled chicken on rice plate instead.

The food court at the Chinese mall offer great food, and cheap. My fav is Parker Place. Next time you are there, give it a try.
