I wish to respectfully report that Sandals contacted me, and sincerely apologised for the inconvenience. They also made things right, in a most mutually satisfactorily manner.
I can honestly say that they have earned my trust and respect at this point.

The squeaky wheel gets the oil. Glad it worked out, but for me, I will never go to a Sandals. I am just not into AIs.
