Hi mahobaygirl,
I only remember one place -- Coconuts Restaurant -- really a bar and grill. You can sit at the tables outside or inside for service. It is located in Isabell II near Hotel Vieques.
You might look at www.enchanted-isle.com to see if there are any others listed. Have a great time!

Thanks for the replies. Yes, there is a coffee cafe/drinks place just as you go into Isabelle II, it must be Roy's. Also, Coconuts. I have also read that in Experanza near LaSirena there is a little place that is part of the Vieques Historical...(?) where you can get access for $3 for 30 minutes.
Well I have just come back to Maine for a few days after being there for 9 days...I found no need or desire to lug the thing out to the cafes! Once I get back, I think I will maybe go out once a week or so just to keep up to date with my friends!
Amazing how you can get by with so little while in paradise!!

recommendations...first of all, it is a very quiet island. Some look for natural beauty and solitude, some look for glitz and nightlife.
The beaches are beautiful. I went to Sun Bay 3 or 4 times in the last week and was one of maybe 30 people on the beach(it is a mile long).
Lots of back roads to explore.
Wild horses roam everywhere. And some locals have horses they ride on the streets along with the other traffic!
Any other particular questions, let me know!
