I read in "Off The Beaten Track" that there is a 70'waterfall near Gifft Hill.Has anyone been to it?If so,is it easy to access?We are staying in a villa near it and would like to go to it.Also would it be easy for the kids to get to with us or should we leave them with their grandma,who will be with us?

I never really looked for it but a local told me that there is one somewhere along the Reef Bay trail..or near it.

The book "Off The Beaten Track" by:Gerald Singer..shows that there is a 40' waterfall near Gifft Hill and has a map of where it is.

I wanted to look for it when we went in June but we had the kids so we did not try to find it.

Let me know if you find it and please take a picture!

By what the local told me and my husband...I am assuming that there is more than 1 waterfall on St John.Good luck finding one!

I did a some quick research on the net and only found reference to a 40' waterfall adjacent to the lower part of the Reef Bay trail too.

I'll have to make time to investigate the Gifft Hill one when we're there.
