Vieques - Breakfast?

My husband and I will be in Vieques next week, and we are staying at the Martineau Bay Resort. Can someone recommend a good but inexpensive restaurant to go to every morning for breakfast? As an example for anyone who is familiar with them, we loved Chilly Billy's on St. John and Tasty's on Anguilla for breakfast - both met our good but inexpensive requirement. Thanks!

Tradewinds has my favorite breakfast, veggie benedict 7.99, for example.
Coqui Frog Cafe mon, tues, thurs, fri mexican breakfast, very good, same prices.
Belly Buttons $6 and up.

Besaides the Tradewinds,
our favorite is the local panderias (bakeries) that serve sandwichs on homemade pan. Eggs ham and cheese for around $4, plus other sandwich options.

There is one on the backstreets in Esperanza and several in Isabelle II.
Have a great trip.

The local panaderias are great, and so is a little place on the malecon in Esperanza called the Cheesecake Doghouse Cafe.

La Viequense, which is on the main drag into Isabel II kind of across from Roy's Coffee Shop, is a great spot for inexpensive breakfast and lunch. We frequently pick up sandwiches there for a picnic on the beach.

Yes, La Viequense is awesome, about 40 different kind of sandwiches....and they are listed in English as well as Spanish. Also at these Panderias, there are great choices of sweets. I love the guava filled cookies at the place in Experanza. The actual name of the place escapes me...

Christie, you going to Vieques too? That's funny, we were both on Kauai, then St. John and now Vieques. Will you do a trip report too, please? We won't be there until August. (I know, I know, don't ask...it's the only time our friends could go.)
