Thank you writing after your trip, so many times we give out advice, and never know the end result.

Do you have any pictures you can post? Would love to see them.

The Kayak trip went to Little Water Cay (aka Iguana Island) Half Moon Bay and then to the Mangroves where we saw Birds, rays, Nurse sharks, Barracuda and Much to the delight of our very curious guide and "upside down jelly Fish" Non-poisonous they sustain themselves, upside down eating the algae that grows on them. The trip is a work out but worth it. I did find the reef and do have some pictures that once I get my CD back I will try to upload. Next trip I am taking my 9 year old Nephew to Cozumel...any advice?

So glad you enjoyed your stay at Aquamarine Beach Houses. I am considering staying there since I am also a in my mid 40's and want to stay away from the crowds. My only concern is the road to Aquamarine Beach House. Is it well paved? I sustained a spinal cord injury half a year ago and am recovering. I need to avoid bumpy rides. Would the ride to Tradewinds Condotel be smoother ? Can anyone provide advice?

Provo is realtively flat (not as flat as Grand Cayman way flatter than St John) and the main roads are paved. The road I took to go diving was rough going in my little rental car. Do consider that the driving is on the opposite side of the road and the drivers seat can be on the opposite side of the car than we are used to in the US and New Jersey like round-a-bouts to navigate. One of my travel mates had one year prior been in a serious car accident, shattering her ankle and finding out she had Lymphoma (a lucky discovery). She had only finshed Chemo about 4 months before the trip and she was fine with the car rides. I do not know Tradewinds but there are 3 houses at Aquamarine and if you decide to stay there you may want to consider the ground floor option. hope this helps
