Trip to Caribbean with 2 adult daughters

I'm in the early stages of planning a trip for Dec. 2009 or Jan. 2010 for my husband, myself and our 2 girls (23 and 21). Probably more geared for relaxation; our 21 yo would be more into water sports, etc. An AI would be fine, but we're looking for something very nice, not just buffets. What's the experts' opinion for this type of trip? Thanks in advance for your help!

Most AI's include a lot of buffets which is one main reason we never do AI.
Can you give us some idea of your "cost per person" including airfare? That wld narrow things down.

Cayman is not an AI destination. I suggest you look into renting a condo on Seven Mile Beach. (check out www.caymanvacations.com) Lots of great restaurants available.

You may like the AI option at the Reef Resort in Grand Cayman. It's not your typical AI, no buffets, etc., and it has a nice ocean front restaurant and beach bar.
