Too windy in Aruba?

I had no problem with the wind blowing sand around. The wind is nothing more than a strong breeze and about the only problem I had was tangled hair. The wind was actually nice for the most part...it was weird to get home though and experience still air when I walked outside. You get used it.

Also, I noticed that the winds die down some in the evening (especially around sunset). This was just my experience when I was there in September.

i lay on both eagle and palm beach and the wind is enjoyable and not the kind of wind that blasts sand around. just the kind that keeps you cool while lying in the hot sun. however i do bring a scrunchie because it is the kind of wind that messes up you hair!! LOL. I go in Novemeber so I am not sure if the wind is worse during a different time of year.<BR>
