Don't overlook Bankie Banx in Anguilla. He throws the annual Moonsplash festival. Check him out at

Soft reggae -- Beres Hammond, Aswad and Maxi Priest
Unique reggae - There's a 2 disc CD called "Fire on the Mountain -- Reggae Celebrates the Grateful Dead." Various reggae artists doing covers of Dead songs. Pretty cool.
Most surprising voice since Mike Tyson -- Matisyahu. Listen to his music first and then check out his videos.
Fun reggae -- Yellowman
