St. John trip photos

Hello fellow forum readers! My hubby and I returned Monday evening from 2 outstanding weeks on St. John. I'm working on a trip report and will do reviews of the 2 villas we stayed at. In the mean time have a look at the 80(out of 1338..gotta love those digital cameras) pics I've posted on community webshots. It will be obvious from the pics that sunrise/sets and cloud colors are my favorite things to photograph. Hope you all enjoy them!

Hi Jofus! Great Photos! How did you take your underwater shots? They came out very clear and crisp.

79 Days 'til we go back! Can't wait!

mymoosie,
No strobe.I have an underwater case for my Nikon Coolpix. I set it in "Auto"mode before I decend so the camera decides to flash or not to flash. However I do some editing to correct colors before I post the pics

Wonderful pictures! So many of my favorite scenes. Boy, Guy at Miss Lucy's would be mortified that you took that pic of the goats in front of the mess. I'm so glad you captured the moon over Coral Bay. I think that is one of the most stunning sights and environments anywhere. Can't wait to read your report.

jofus,
Really enjoyed your pics! We are going in 31 days. Glad to see after reading the posts that I am not the only one counting the days like a kid before Christmas. This is our first visit to STJ, but I am thinking already that it won't be the last.
