Small Aircraft Safety

Anyone know anything about the safety-records of the turbo-props and other small aircraft necessary to get to many of the Caribbean islands?

Try FAA website. There are several other airline afety websites that track "incidents" in various categories.

Also you can read what the pilots have to say on some of the Usenet newsgrouups.

You have flooded many bb's with the same questions and arguments. Your fears are many .. it is best that you just stay home where it is safe!

Dear Decent Tropical: Have no fear...just came back from taking 3 planes to the islands and the last
leg was on a prop plane. No more than
6 passengers, including pilot, and it was delightful. Have done this a few times before without reservation or
hestitation.
