Safe, family friendly Island
I hope somebody can help us. We want to book a December holiday of two weeks to the Caribbean. We have three kids from 11,9 and 6.
We have been several times in Curaçao but now we would like to try something else. Also did the Bahamas.
We are looking for fun, beautiful beaches, not too massive and above all safe. Our reason of holiday is beach and sun, we love going to different beaches everyday if possible.
Don't wanna do Aruba or St Maarten because we have heard it's quite busy because of the all inclusive hotels.
We were thinking of Barbados, not an all inclusive hotel but just a nice family hotel on the west coast. What do you all think?
Ideas, suggestions are very appreciated. We really need some help with this.

Check out Anguilla. Perfect for exploring a new beach every day on vacation. Also known for high end restaurants. On the expensive side for sure. Agree with the Grand cayman suggestion. Lots to do as a family such as turtle farm, botanical gardens. Beachwise the action is moslty on 7 mile beach...you could explore differnt sections of that beach but basically its one long beautiful stretch of white sand. Also lots of diving/snorkelling opportunities.

Grand Cayman is also the first island that came to mind when you said safe. It is laid back and not as busy as an Aruba. The beaches are beautiful and the waters so blue! Lots of water sports and activities for the kids, but safe for a family to drive around. We found the people to be very friendly.
