Restaurants in St Kitts

We are leaving in a couple of days for St Kitts. Does anyone have recommendations on places to eat while on the island? Thanks for the help.

It's been awhile, so I'm not sure if it's still open, but we LOVED "The Patio." It's literally on this family's patio and their daughter is the chef (she graduated in the US). It was fantastic international food, with a very elegant setting, not to mention wonderful service.

We also enjoyed The Golden Lemon for lunch one day. The grounds there are really nice.

You can get more affordable fare in town at The Circus....all sorts of little places to eat there.

Have fun!

I've been to Ballahoo and Sprat Net and enjoyed them both very much, but Balahoo is sometimes a little uneven as far as the food and service.
(It's upstairs with a great view of the Circus below, so it gets my vote for lunch during the week with all the hustle and bustle of downtown.)

This is a great site for St. Kitts info:

Just scroll through a few months of messages and you will get tons of restaurant info.

The patio has been closed for at least 5/6 years. The Circus and Ballahoo are great as well as the restaurants at the resorts in Frigate Bay. The Sunset Cafe at Timothy Beach Resort, PJ's up the road from TBR near the Marriott, Marshalls at the Horizons. The Golden Lemon, Ottley's and Rawlins Plantation on the North end of the island are great also. Sprat-Net and Turtle Beach are also great places.

I was wondering about that Dblebee. As I said, it's been awhile. Thanks for the info. Shame since it was a great place. Thanks for the update for all our benefit.

We loved Marshalls and enjoyed hanging out at Turtle Beach Bar and Grill for the afternoon. Also, check out O'Neills safari tours. He did a great rainforest hike..very informative.
