Resort Suggestions
My wife and I are planning a trip in March but can't decide on which island or which resort. We prefer couples only and definitely all-inclusive. With it being in March we're also afraid we'll be in the middle of all the Spring Breakers, which we don't want. In short, does anyone have any good ideas for and all-inclusive, couples only resort without Spring Break kids?
Thanks

I know you posted in the Caribbean but you might consider either the Riu Palace or the Royal Hideaway in Playa Del Carmen, Riviera Maya, Mexico. No spring breakers allowed - the Palace accepts kids at other times, the Royal does not.

hi, why not a Sandals resort, it sounds like this is what you are looking for adults only, all inclusive and many destinations to choose from in the Caribbean. Or you could look at super clubs they are very much the same as Sandals but they are mostly in Jamaica.

Bahamas and Negril tend to attract alot of spring breakers so would stay away from those areas.
I have not stayed at but did visit Blue Waters in Antigua and it looked lovely. More upscale then your average all-inclusive, it is not couples only but few if any kids are there.
Sandals Antigua aais right down the way from therre and it too is verynice - one of the nicer Sandals.

You may want to consider the Mayan Riviera. My husband and I went toward the end of march 2003 and loved it!! We stayed at the RIU Palace. The beaches are nice, food is good, town of Playa Del Carmen is cute. There are things to do and sights to see there-IF YOU WANT- but you can relax if you do not want. Any questions? Write back. Good luck.

I see many people have suggested the Mayan Riviera, which you've already been too. If you saw, and liked, the Royal Hideaway, then you should check out the Secrets Excellence Resort and Spa in Punta Cana, DR.
