Which hotel is nicer the Radisson or Marriott? Who has the nicest pool, rooms, beach, lounge, restaurants.

We are going in June so we don't think there will be crowds at either. But we also don't like a dead hotel. Don't want the pool or bar to ourselves.

What island are you asking about?

I'm betting that he is asking about Aruba, lol. I mean what other island is this a dilemma between Radisson and Marriott and or Hyatt. . If that is the case, IMO Radisson, newly rennovated, beautiful lush grounds.

Radisson, hands down. It was lovely and felt upscale compared with the others.

I just returned from Aruba and spent 3 nights at the Radisson, and 5 nights at the Marriott. Each hotel has its positives. If you are a pool person, the Radisson is definitely the better choice. The grounds and the pool at the Radisson win hands down. I had a slight problem with the room always feeling a bit damp, and if I was there for more than 3 nights I would have asked for a room change (not sure if it would have made a difference). The Radisson is also more centrally located and it is easier to walk between hotels....like grab a nitecap at the Hyatt after dinner.

Being a beach person, I prefer the Marriott, the beach is marginally nicer and the rooms and balconies are also marginally nicer.

You really can't lose with either property. They are both outstanding in my opinion.

Radisson w/out a doubt.

The location of the Radisson is definitely preferable. At the Marriott you are at the top end of the hotel stretch and somewhat isolated from the rest of the hotels. You would think that this is a good thing but I felt abit leery after dark walking back to the Marriott from the Hyatt.

I'm curious after seeing another posting about there being no "luxury" hotels in Aruba. I'm wondering if someone could compare the Raddison to like maybe the Marriott in Curacao? Or the Westin in GC? I'm trying to get an idea of what we're going to be looking at for $430 a night. We spent that in February at the Hyatt in Kauai and it was a one-of-a-kind experience. Just want to be sure we are not going to be totally shocked!

I have stayed in both the Hyatt in Kauai & Radisson in Aruba. Come on- dont try to compare apples w/oranges... there are few places in the world quite like Hyatt Kauai. The Radisson Aruba is very very nice- one of the best if not the best in Aruba but will not be Hawaii by any means. Radisson is quiet w/beautiful rooms, plush grounds & very nice pool... I would definitely stay there again but yes it is quiet & relaxing ...Dont expect nightlife & pool parties because you wont find it here. Enjoy!
