which is the best way to Arecibo over the Mountains or go around the Island ?
How much is there in Ponce seems most are saying just a part day visit.

Ponce has a cool Museum of Art and the fire station is interesting. One or two days should do it.
It's pretty over by Rincón and Mayagüez driving around the idly, but going through the middle is probably faster. Check on google maps for times.
