Provo Villas?

Hi.
We are getting ready for a first -time T&C vacation, and are looking at a few villas. If you are familiar with these, any feedback will be much appreciated.

Palm Villa (Grace Bay Estate)
Spindrift

Palm Villa looks nice, with its own pool . Its on the back of Grace Bay Club. If its just two people also look into the Coriander Cottage, or more people look into Aqua Marine beach house that also is on Grace Bay and has a pool and tennis court and very close to shore snorkling

i have not been to any of these houses. but did a quick look at each on line.
palm villa and spindrift are near but not ON grace bay beach. casa de isle in near taylor beach which is extremely shallow - like less than knee deep so no swimming. emerald shores in on chalk sound which is amazingly beautiful but brack so not for swimming either. these 2nd 2 houses are on the south side of provo. approx 20mins to grace bay beach from cdi and es30 mins.
i would prefer the 2 closer to grace bay personally.
coriander cottage is in an outstanding spot. near turtle cove marina, very private and right on the beach near excellent snorkeling.
aqua marine are great too. closer to what little action there is....
check out this map: http://www.aquamarinebeachhouses.com/map.htm
you will have to rent a car to stay in any of these houses.

Thanks for the swift replies!
I did look at the Corander, and it looks amazing. Unfortunately, we will be 3, and sleeping on the couch would not really suit.
When you say Palm Villa is on the back of Grace Bay Club, how far is it from the beach, and is the beach access easy?

Thanks.

I would look at Villa Oasis. The have a four and two bedroom unit with pool right on Grace Bay. Also check out The Seagate which is right behind Coral Gardens. Only a two minute walk to the beach where there is a nice snorkeling reef.
