Having a hard time finding a place that allows 5 people. Would love to find an affordable ( 1200 wkly) villa , any suggestions? Looking for next June. Thanks for any help!

Haven't looked at the rates but you might look at Villa Oasis--www.villaoasis.com or The Seagate--www.theseagate.com. Seagate isn't beachfront but behind Coral Gardens about a 3 min walk to the beach and the reef to sonrkel

howdy hunter. oasis is 2500/wk for 2br and 7000/wk for 4 br. the seagate would run around 2100 for a 2br.
i can not find a price just now but i think www.aquamarinebeachhouses.com had better rates.

try prestigiousproperties.com, they have a couple of places listed for $1500 weekly, and that's the best you're going to find. (keep in mind, they tack on 20% taxes to that) They have kitchens, which will help keep costs down. Keep in mind it's an expensive island, you would have better luck in that price range at Dominican Republic or mexico.
Sometimes you can get Comfort Suites for $89 a night, with 7th night free, but you would still have to get 2 rooms, and eat out all meals.

Thank you so much for your help. Prestigious did have a number of places in our range so hopefully we will be able to find something just right. We are not going till next June,but I like to get all the detail stuff out of the way. If you come up with any ideas let me know. Thanks again everyone.
