Privacy-Plunge Pool-Great Beach

I think I've done too much research... Or I just have too many requirements. Everytime I think I've made up my mind, I second guess myself. Okay - Where would you recommend?
1. Clean safe island - not interested in Jamaica or Mexico
2. Resort (not condo) but with privacy and private plunge pool.
3. Great Beach at resort.
4. Lush, tropical atmosphere.
5. Fine dining, some shopping, maybe a spa?
A private pool villa at Cap Juluca, the resort is lush and tropical, but the island is rather arid. its claean and safe, Cap Juluca is a beautiful resort an a beautiful beach, great dining and a spa. Privace-Plunge Pool-Great Beach does not come cheap!

Jalouise in St. Lucia. The island is very lush and tropical. The resort is nestled in between the Pitons and it is just beautiful. There are villas up along the mountains that are very private each with its own plunge pool. A spa and a three hole golf course are also on the grounds. The spa sits on top of a mountain and looks over the ocean. Great place for a relaxing massage at sunset!

There is an elegant dining room at Jalouise as well and a beach/pool bar. Close by is Dasheen at Ladera. Excellent food, worth the trip there for dinner.

As for the beach...I've seen better but the tropical setting and surroundings make up for it. We spent most of our time in our ocean view plunge pool sipping on tropical drinks!

Hope this helps!
