North Caicos Questions.

Having visited North Caicos two years ago, we are considering spending our next island vacation there. Has anyone been there recently? How are the stores, restaurants, rental cars, etc. Has anyone rented Datai Villa? Is so, how is it? Lots of biting insects? Is it private and well kept? Thanks.

go to northcaicos.tc.
This is THE place to get away from it all. Youll see no one!!
It is COMPLETELY deserted. Youll find real nice beaches, all to yourself. If you want more restarants and shopping, AND privacy, go to provo.

Jeremy, Have you been to North Caicos recently? We have been to Provo several times in the early 90's, then spent a couple weeks on Middle Caicos...talk about getting away from it all..not even a grocery store. We liked Middle a lot. Did a day trip to North from Middle and also liked that island. That was two years ago and North only had one tiny grocery store. If you have been recently, what is on North Caicos now, is it still very, very quiet?

I went to provo in July and also visited Middle caicos for a day. We went to the caves, which werent to fun. But we went to a beach theres, and it was the most scenic beach ive ever seen. The turks and caicos are a great place if you want a whole beach all to yourself. I mean literally, all to yourself. Your on a little island with hardly anyone there. Its pretty cool. We drove up to Malcolm roads. Its th ebest beach on the world!(provo)

Middle does have a grocery store I believe. They have these little "Restaurants" that locals own, where they make fresh local food.
