Nevis water and restaurant safety
Good freezing morning,
We’re leaving in 6 weeks for the FS Nevis. Outside the resort (and inside really), how is the water quality? My husband has a sensitive stomach - of course no place is 100% but we’ve gone to places where he’s brushed his teeth with beer (that’s how cautious he is.)
Thanks!

First, the Four Seasons it's own reverse osmosis water processing and filtration system so no worries there.
Second, the local water on Nevis comes from a massive underground aquifer and is quite pure. Most people have no problems drinking local water. We've been drinking "island water" for almost 20 years and been serving island water to our house guests for the same amount of time. No one has ever suffered any ill effects. For what it is worth there are well over 2,000 Ex-Pats who spend the entire winter here every year - almost all drink the local water.
Of course, if you want there is plenty of bottled water readily available all around the island.
