Liz - yes Cliffdwellers is where Bananas is - it is no longer a hotel it is an exclusive villa community. There are a couple of existing villas built after the hotel closed and there are homes and townhomes being built.

Hi, I am new to this forum. I am the owner of coconut grove restaurant, and I can give some good info if needed.
Coconut Grove restaurant opened in May this year. It is a really cool place in a great architecture all in thatch. The bar and lounge are comfortable in a oriental style with a super wine list as well as the only draft beer on the island.
The new menu is about 23/24 us dollars for a entree and the growing pains from the opening time are just about over with.
we also havenew pizza place on the main road in nelson springs just next to Coconut grove.
bananas is closing down soon to move up in the hills to what I heard.
I think that the Hermitage hotel makes the best rum punch on the island and that sunshines has the best lobster.
please let me know what you think.
