Joan - Groan!!!- Shitten Bay does have a strange name. I'm not sure if Noel's does the Nevis/St. Kitts trade but I do know that TDC (869-469-5690 - I seemed to have mis-typed that number in an earlier post) does offer that particular service. Coconut Grove is not open for lunch but their take-out pizza stand is. FYI - Right now the pizza shop doesn't take phone-in orders so you have to place your order in person and wait while it's being cooked.
