MyMoosie's Trip Report - Grand Cayman

Progress! I've finished my latest trip report in record time!! Ha! So now I'm still only 4 reports behind. I'll take whatever little progress I made.

We went to Grand Cayman a few weeks ago and I have posted the trip report & photos at my website: www.mymoosie.net

Some quick tidbits so they get included in the search results here on the forum:
Hotel - stayed at the London House condos on northern Seven Mile Beach
Restaurants we tried - Alfresco, Breezes by the Bay, Norma Jean's BBQ, Rum Point Bar & Grill, Yoshi's Sushi
Places - Seven Mile Beach (or course!), Rum Point, Coral Gardens, Stingray City Sandbar
Car Rental - Cico Avis

Happy travels to everyone!

Ok... that last picture is just so WRONG!! LOL!!

As usual, GREAT trip report!! Now it would so nice if you could finish the others. Sorry, couldn't resist!

Good to know about the lame US Airways upgrade. I guess that explains the great prices they usually offer! We upgraded to FC when we went to Antigua. Continental is niiiiiiice.
I'm glad you enjoyed Rum Point. Unfortunately, we were not impressed. Loved Stingray City too! Your underwater pics are always so nice. I'm so envious. I've never had a big banana mudslide. It looks yummy! I must try one soon.

Where to next? Or will you decide at the last minute?
Happy travels to you too!

Loved the pictures. I agree, the last one was just a hoot. Grand Cayman is one of our favorite Islands. Hope to get back again someday.

Great report!!! Loved the b&w...very chic! And the crack...OMG...I'm speechless!!!

We enjoyed GC, but if we went back, I'd like a condo myself. The Westin was too stuffy for me. That condo looks nice, I got a nice bookmark!

Loved the report!

Peace, Greenie

I always enjoy your reports--thanks for another great one!
But please, finish the other reports, no fun to click and not be able to see-like a big giant tease! ;-)

Nice report. I shouldn't have read it before breakfast 'cause now I'm HUNGRY! I was surprised to see GC as your newest trip report but it looks like y'all had a blast. I'd not heard of London House before, but it looks like it would suit us to a T, too.

Thanks for posting. Especially loved your barracuda pics. No kitties or pups on this trip?

Thanks, Elaine.

Emily - No kitties or pups. The only cat I saw was inside someone's house and was not allowed to go play outside. I didn't see any stray dogs either. We really wanted to drop by the Humane Society but just ran out of time.

Thanks mymoosie for your website info. we are looking into the Caymans - need to find an island that has Marriott or Renaisance on it. We have it narrowed down to Curacao or Grand Caymans. We like the beach and not much commercialism.
