June Jellyfish

Just heard from someone who stayed at CJ last June (this is when we will be there) and they had a problem with jellyfish. Any comments? Also, what about mosquitos?

I assume the worst when you Anguilla lovers do not respond to this accusation.

Accusation????? I've been going to Anguilla every year since the mid-90's. In all that time, I've seen ONE jellyfish. EVERY island in the Caribbean has mosquitoes. Anguilla has fewer becasue it's NOT lush. Wear Mosquito Milk (a lovely Belgian roll-on available on the island).

Jenny,

No matter where you go in the Caribbean, you must be prepared to be patient.

If you don't have patience with those on this board who have tried to help with all of your questions, *island time* may be a great frustration for you.

I've only been to Anguilla twice, but I never saw a jellyfish ....as to mosquitoes, I think they live wherever they want even at great resorts ;-) ! So a repellant is a good idea.

Even a honeymoon can't be *perfection*, try to relax and look forward to it... don't stress about natural things that are beyond your control.
