Jeep Rental St John
Hi,I want to rent a jeep for a week in St John for a week in December. I want a place that is close to the Ferry and one that will allow you to park in their lot when in town. I read that Courtesy allows this, but they have a small lot. Can someone recommend a place close to the Ferry that also has a big lot to use? Also, I might not make it to St John until about 7 PM. Will any place meet me at that time or leave a car for me? Thanks.

I don't think you'll find any "big" lots in Cruz Bay, however, I have used Conrad Sutton for many years and have never had a problem parking in his lot which he offers as part of your rental fee. I am not sure about your 2nd question. It seems reasonable that you should be able to arrange some sort of accommodation with the rental office.

Rob,
I also recommend Conrad Sutton. He is only 2 blocks from the ferry and has reasonable prices. Here is the number to him 340-776-6479.Give him a call and I am sure that he can make some kind of arrangements to have a car waiting for you.
Have fun!

Denzil's is right across the street from the car ferry. Very nice guy and runs a car rental on Tortola too. He lets you park in his lot if you're in town. The car ferry is only 2 blocks from the passenger ferry, and most car rental places will make arrangements to accomodate an afterhours pick-up.

We rented from Courtesy (just returned 11/18). While their lot is small, it's not much smaller than most other places, and we were able to take advantage of it on several occasions.
Our second choice for parking was the public lot right behind Denzil's, and we usually had good luck there.
We were very pleased with Courtesy.
