Is there a hotel comparable to Four Seasons in Bermuda?

Stayed at Four Seasons at Maui-have been spoiled for life. Plan a visit to Bermuda. Is there a hotel with their level of service? Love an elegant room .. Maybe I should just head back to Hawaii.

NO, you will not find anything comparable in Bermuda at all! However, in all fairness, the beaches ARE more beautiful -- if you can stand the portuguese man o'war population that you'll have to contend with in the ocean! Go back to Hawaii -- for the all around beauty, atmosphere, level of comfort, etc. Try the Ritz-Carlton on Maui or even the Kahala Mandarin Oriental/Ihilani Resort and Spa on Oahu!

ast message sums it up. I stayed at the Grand Wailea and visited Four Seasons in Maui and you cant find anything that comes close to that type of luxury in the small providence of Bermuda. Dont let that keep you from going though, bermuda is very charming and clean. Elbow Beach Hotel is about the nicest place there.

Jim, <BR>Have you actually stayed at the Elbow Beach Resort? What other properties have you stayed at in Bermuda? We just returned from a trip to Bermuda and left the Elbow Beach Resort because the rooms were such a disappointment. The rooms at the Southampton Princess, where we moved as soon as they had an empty room, were much nicer. Elbow Beach is in a great location and has a beautiful beach, but the rooms were a great disappointment.

Also, upon reflection, if you don't want to fly that far the next time, consider the Ritz-Carlton on St. Thomas or one of these three on St. Barts: Carl Gustaf, Guanahani or Le Toiny. Any of the aforementioned will suit you just fine!
