Interesting Jamaica experience
I realize this is not the travel style of most people here at Fodors, but I found these reports so highly entertaining and informative and his writing style so funny that I really wanted to share them. He did a different topic for each day and there are 15 - Kingston, two hurricanes, Negril, Treasure Beach, all over....

I love his style.

Liza--I believe that Australians get significantly more vacation (or as they would say "holiday"
time than us nose to the grind Americans. I'm thinking most get 6 weeks a year? Like you, I have the impression they are very good about using their time off to explore in a wonderful, adventurous way. I feel like all of my leave is used to visit family, so very little time is left for exploration any more.
