Interesting Jamaica experience

I realize this is not the travel style of most people here at Fodors, but I found these reports so highly entertaining and informative and his writing style so funny that I really wanted to share them. He did a different topic for each day and there are 15 - Kingston, two hurricanes, Negril, Treasure Beach, all over....

I love his style.

Is it me or do Australians travel a whole lot more than anyone else?

They seem to be rather adventurous about it, too.

liza,
yes they do seem more adventurous.

I have not had the time lately to finish reading all of the posts.I have made it to #6.I have been LMAO at this guys detailed trip.

Maybe I will find the time to finish the rest of them...oneday.;)

Liza--I believe that Australians get significantly more vacation (or as they would say "holiday") time than us nose to the grind Americans. I'm thinking most get 6 weeks a year? Like you, I have the impression they are very good about using their time off to explore in a wonderful, adventurous way. I feel like all of my leave is used to visit family, so very little time is left for exploration any more.

That makes sense. Europeans get those long vacations too.

I am living in the wrong country for loving to travel so much.....
