does anyone know of any inexpensive month to month rentals in TCI? Would prefer Provo, but will consider others. Looking to stay 4-6 months.

TCI is not cheap, and you have to factor in you have to leave and come back every 3 months (overnighters)

Do you plan to work? Requires annual renewed work permits ($5000-$9000 yearly depending on job)

Most places rent for 12 months

What kind of budget (figures not words please) I know of many properties on island

Mine is a strategy, rather than a specific suggestion. I think often longer term local rentals are easier to find once you are on the ground in a destination. Perhaps rent a hotel room for a few weeks and get yourself there to look around in person?
