Has anyone used any of the Cactus Juice Company's products? They make an after-bite/after sunburn product, as well as all natural, non DEET bug repellant. It's partly made of cactus juice, but I dont' know if it might cause the kind of reactions referred to above caused by citrus juice. I first read about it on this board re: Costa Rica's mosquitoes. My kids loved the Cactus Juice preventative in CR, among the many other products they had.

oops...just read Faithie's recommendation, above, of non-toxic Cactus Juice. That's good enough for me, especially as we'll have three little kids with us. I'm ordering LOTS of it, and not bothering with Skin-So-Soft based on the "does nothing" feedback.
