How to choose a cabin in a Celebrity Cruise?

I'll be traveling with my wife on the Horizon cruise to the S. Caribbean Dec 16. I want to choose the cheapest cabin (Inside Stateroom), but I don't know if I choose "Europa", "Caribbean" or "Florida" deck (it's my first cruise). <BR>Any suggestions, please ?

I would seriously think twice about an inside cabin. The very first cruise we went on we booked an inside cabin because of all the reasons, why spend the extra cash, never in there, etc...but it was very claustrophobic. When you turned out the lights there was no light from a window. You'd wake up and not know if it was morning or night...I've never booked an inside cabin since.

My husband have cruised inside and out with/window. I liked the inside for the darkness of the room, you can always leave the light on in the bathroom if its to dark for you. For a first time cruiser I would recommend for location, Middle/Middle that way you are not spending all your time getting from one place to the other and the ship seems to have the least motion, ie; rocking. I hope you have a great trip.

I would think twice before booking an inside cabin. They are DARK! It is SO beautiful to look out of the window while the ship is sailing, or when it is approaching land. The little extra money is well worth it!!

What made the inside cabin worse was I forgot an alarm clock....duh...so we doubly didn't know if it was night or day.
