Honeymoon destination suggestions??

I am getting married in September and am trying to find a nice honeymoon destination somewhere in the Carribean. We are divers, so we would like to go somehwere with mild waters to dive in, not too touristy, nice peaceful (and safe) beaches, and a nice selection of restaurants. We have even thought of "island hopping", so if anyone has done this, please let me know! I would love to hear any and all suggestions!

Bunches of thanks in advance!

Jennifer

Jennifer, I have not been there but I hear lots of good things about Turks & Caicos. It is not touristy, prices seem reasonable and seems to be a popular diving location. The Grace Bay Club and the Ocean Club seem to be highly recommended.

Although it's not really int he Caribbean, Cozumel, Mexico has long been known as a diver's paradise. I'm only a snorkeler, but my friends who dive took some really amazing photos of their expeditions there! Mexico tends to be touristy, but Cozumel is much more laid-back and really caters to divers.

Jennifer:
Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! As far as honeymooning in the Caribbean, keep in mind that September is during the hurricane season there. There are a few islands that seem to be outside of where the hurricanes usually hit. I think Aruba is one of them.

Definitely recommend that you look into Bonaire....out of the hurricane belt and known for good diving and snorkeling....have fun!
