We went to Antique a few years ago and stayed at Hermitage Bay. It is All Inclusive and consists on only 30 villas. All hillside villas have their own private plunge pool but there is also a main pool. It is a small boutique resort and only has one restaurant but it is amazing.
The staff is very welcoming and will help you arrange any activities off the resort that you would like to do.
They do close each year for yearly maintenance the end of August and re-open mid-October. It is not considered Adults Only, but do require children to be 16 and up, except for holidays.
